The most impressive variegated evergreen there is and yes it does flower. Leaves 40 - 50 cm long, 2 - 3 cm wide, white edges, green stripe's in centre, pale yellow base. Flowers 60 - 90 cm high on a variegated stem, Flower head 20 cm across, 50 - 60 flowers, flowers pale violet blue, darker violet stripe, anthers dark brown, slow growing and rare.
